Rochelle is a great friend of mine. When Dave called me up to do their one year anniversary pictures I was so excited! It was so fun just walking around the Ogden River Parkway. They are one couple that their love just radiates in the photos.

Dave and Robin's Wedding was fun. The wedding was held at Alpine Church and reception was at the Union Station. This is my second wedding at the Union Station and I always love taking pictures there.

Cheatwood is a band up in Ogden. I have done band photos for them before, and I am so happy they have asked me to do more. They are such a talented band.

This was the first wedding I did at a park. It was a blast. Kira has such a cute style and really made this wedding hers. From the parasols the girls held to the goldfish on the tables. It had so many fun touches all over.

Peter and Dannica

This was an elegant wedding that had flares of fun. Peter and Dannica are so cute together. Their loved overflowed when they looked at eachother. One great thing about this wedding is that they had pictures of their parent's wedding photos and grandparents wedding photos. It was great seeing how the family progressed through the years. It shows how important photography is. It preserves time for many generations.

When I talked to Brit she wanted more of the fun city/graffiti feel for the engagements. I finally found this cool place near the Salt Lake. With their fun personalities I knew this would be a great day. And it was. They made taking photos a blast. They where open to anything I suggested and the photos turned out great.

Danica's bridals where done on a day where I was hoping all the weather would cooperate, but it turned out to be a beautiful day. I love how some of these photos turned out. There is an elegance to some of them that I just love.

Going to New Mexico with Intervarsity allowed me to get some awesome photography of the churches in the area. This one church that I photographed was an old catholic church that had a staircase that no one knows who or how it was made. Really cool church and the staircase was really neat to see.

This was the first wedding of the year for me. This day was really fun. Robin and Dave had such a fun atmosphere for the wedding which included crayons on the centerpeice so guests could draw little messages and pictures on the white tablecloths. So much fun.

Elizabeth's mom Christine is a long time friend of mine. I was so excited when she came so I could get pictures of the cute thing. Elizabeth's dad is a huge fan of the UofU football. So to have all the UofU look was really fun to pull off. of course I had to get pictures of her big brother as well:

Cambria and Nick Wedding

Nick and Cambria where such a great couple to work with. Their wedding was so much fun and the reception was super fun. Cambria went with more of a modern theme for the reception decorations and it matched her personality so well. It was gorgeous! I knew the lady who made the cake, and the cake also was one of the most gorgous wedding cakes i have ever seen!

K2 at halloween

Ah, Halloween landed on a Sunday this year, so as I expected we would have a few people dressing up! It was also a very cool Sunday for the kid's church. This whole summer they have had a race car theme and this last Sunday they had a guy bring in his racing car and drove it around the parking lot. The kids loved it! For the Adults, it was Orphan Sunday. They talked about orphans, foster care and how we can help kids in need. it was a rocking Sunday and I am so happy i was able to take pictures for it.

What a sweet wedding! Jenny and Tyler opted for a intimate wedding at the Lion House in Salt Lake City. It was really beautiful. The family was so welcoming. I even got a hug from Tyler's grandma!

Doing Theresa and Yuri's engagement photos was so much fun! They are a really fun couple and I enjoyed getting to know both of them better. The great thing about this photo shoot is that we where able to split it up in the day due to a meeting the couple had. It worked out well. We got so many pictures in such different lighting situations. They are a great couple and I am so excited for them!

Tavyen's Newborn pictures

So I've read a lot about newborn photography and its been something I've wanted to do for a long time. Luckily I was able to do Tayven's pictures. She is such a doll and I had so much fun seeing what poses work the best for her. I've been friends with her mom Mindy for a long time and it was great being able to spend time with them both..

Thanks to Lori, one of my coworkers for teaching how to make these cute tutus.
This is one of my favorite pictures. Tayven loves her binkie and always puts her hand on her face when she sleeps.

Mindy has been a close friend of mine for 6 years now. When I found out she was pregnant I asked her right then if I could do her maternity pictures. So I waited and these are Mindy's photos at 8 months pregnant. I had the idea with the ice cream and sunglasses and they turned out to be fun photos, I'm so glad she was willing to do whatever I asked.

This was my first wedding i photographed. Talaya is a good friend of mine and I felt honored to be there. Of course that is why I had a camera fiasco. I ended up taking pictures with a friends camera instead of my own. Most of the pictures turned out well although I was disappointed in my camera. After this wedding is when I bought a new camera.

this photo is one of my all time favorites. The pastor was speaking on building a house and how its similar to building a relationship. At one point he pulled out this hand tool.
